Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and LThailand.com ("LThailand", "we", "us"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide software design, development, integration, and related consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work, which prevails over these Terms where there is a conflict.

Quotes are provided after consultation and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced in milestones, and work begins on receipt of the initial payment. Prices are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and exclusive of applicable taxes.

To deliver on time, we rely on you to provide timely feedback, content, access, and approvals. Delays in these may affect the schedule and cost of the project.

Upon full payment, ownership of the custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of the deliverables. We may reference the completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (for example hosting, payment gateways, LINE OA, or AI providers). Their use is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Unless otherwise agreed, we provide a defect-correction period after delivery; ongoing support and maintenance are available under a separate agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok.
